Examination: Bro. Leighton Vila

With obvious relief on his face, Brother Leighton Vila was declared proficient on his 2° examination. Accompanying him and giving moral support was Brother Dwayne Kelley who’d also passed his 2° examination the week before. In attendance was visiting Brother Tony Meechan of the Earl of Dunmore Lodge 1686 VC of Victoria, Scotland.
