Tony Allen Hill, Elizabeth Lodge No.34 (Grand Lodge of Virginia); Bro. Eric Barrass, P.M. Lodge Lachlan Jemalong No.46 (Grand Lodge of New South Wales and Australian Capital Territory), and Bro.
