Ready When the Time Comes - Honolulu Lodge partners with the Red Cross

Honolulu Lodge partnered with the American Red Cross (Hawaii State Chapter) to provide volunteers in the event that local disaster relief is needed. Twenty-five brothers and guests received training on disaster shelter setup and management.

The “Ready When the Time Comes” training was hosted in the library of the Honolulu Masonic Temple.

American Red Cross staff Elizabeth Norcross provides instruction and led multiple what-if scenarios in break-out sessions.

The American Red Cross was (not-surprisingly) well prepared to teach the course.
