Remembering Most Worshipful Bruce Bonnell
On behalf of our Grand Master, Most Worshipful Richard Huston, it is our sad duty to report to you that our beloved brother and friend Most Worshipful Bruce Bonnell passed away peacefully this Friday evening at 9:59 pm. He was surrounded by family and friends, including Worshipful Bro. Mark Leo and Honorable Bro. Owen Shieh of Honolulu Lodge. In the past several days, the Masonic community came out in mass to spend time with him as well.
Most Worshipful Bonnell who served as Grand Master of the State of Hawaii in 2006 will be missed by many as he was such an important and integral part of the many facets and organizations of Hawaii Masonry. Even with all his titles and accomplishments, he loved nothing more than to be working behind the scenes to make things happen for the rest of us.
